We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy service team at our Colwyn Bay site. What the role involves
As our Service Advisor you will be the vital link between customers, technicians and the workshop. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers (in person, by phone and online) and accurately identifying their servicing, repair and maintenance needs
- Booking appointments, managing the workshop diary and ensuring efficient workshop flow
- Providing clear, professional explanations of recommended work, costs and timescales
- Preparing accurate job cards, estimates and invoices
- Liaising closely with the parts department and technicians to deliver outstanding service
- Handling customer queries, concerns and follow-ups to achieve excellent customer satisfaction scores
- Processing payments and ensuring all documentation is completed to manufacturer and company standards
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (or in a customer-facing automotive role) is preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills – you’ll be dealing with customers every day
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for delivering great service
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Basic IT skills (workshop management systems experience is a plus)
- Full UK driving licence
- A team player who fits into our friendly, family-oriented culture
Knowledge of Vauxhall or Alfa Romeo products would be advantageous but full training and manufacturer support will be provided.

Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, with some occasional Saturday mornings as required by the service rota).
